How to find us
The whole structure of Villa Agostoli is immersed in Siena’s countryside, just 5Km from Siena’s city centre. Every town of artistic interest of the area (Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Pienza) can be quickly reached by car. The farmhouse is easily reachable from the Siena-Florence bypass (exit at Siena Ovest), and is just a 1-hour car trip from Florence.
Every apartment have covered parking, and restaurants and grocery stores are very near.

By car
- From the North: A1 motorway until Firenze Impruneta, junction for Siena, exit at Porta San Marco (Siena Ovest), turn left (SS. 73 Senese – Aretina), straight until Costa Fabbri: then turn right at the first crossroads for Montalbuccio / Strada degli Agostoli, proceed 1,5 Km. until you see a pine grove on the left with a white stonewall, after which you will see the sign at n.109 “Azienda Agraria Villa Agostoli”.
- From the South: A1 motorway until Valdichiana, then junction for Siena. Once arrived at Siena, enter the bypass for Grosseto, take the first exit for Siena (Siena Ovest), do one more stretch of motorway towards Florence, exit at Porta San Marco, turn right (go over the motorway overpass), go straight (SS. 73 Senese – Aretina) until the first crossroads for Montalbuccio / Strada degli Agostoli, proceed 1,5 Km. until you see a pine grove on the left with a white stonewall, after which you will see the sign at n.109 “Azienda Agraria Villa Agostoli”.
By train
- From the North: through the Florence – Siena line, or Pisa – Florence – Siena.
- From the South: through the Rome – Chiusi Chianciano Terme – Siena line.
