All our hotels provide parking. Hotel Garden provides parking for buses and coaches and
automobiles. Hotel Italia has a small parking area for cars: buses and coaches can park
at Garden Hotel which is within walking distance of Hotel Italia. Parking is also permitted
along the street near Hotel Italia. Villa Agostoli also has a private parking area. Parking is

How big are the rooms/apartments?
Hotel Garden is the biggest of 2 hotels in Siena. A villa dating back to the 1700s is the
main body of the hotel with 3 dependance. Room size will vary. Superior rooms in the
villa are smaller than those in the dependance, where superior rooms are much larger
and may accommodate 3 or 4 Guests. Standard rooms are only in the dependance and
are simliar to the superior in size but have different interor decoration.

Hotel Garden is very quiet and peaceful being surrounded by the park which isolates the hotel from the surrounding streets, keeping the noise of traffic and cars in the distance.

You are free to go and come as you please at any one of our hotels, open 24 hours a day: at Villa Agostoli you are given the keys to your apartment and free to move about as if it were your own house.

Hotel Garden in Siena has a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children. The swimming pool is available May through September from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. with lifeguard, showers, changing rooms, parasols deck chairs, WC, and an area with games for children.
Guests from Hotel Italia are welcome to use the Garden Hotel swimming pool, just a few minutes walk away (about 10 minutes).
Villa Agostoli also has a swimming pool available to all guests of the 10 apartments and fully equipped with parasols, deck chairs and is available to Guests from May to September. .

We ask you to use common sense and good manners: avoid being loud, don’t jump into the pool (which is not very deep and jumping into the water could be dangerous) and above all don’t leave your children alone near the swimming pool.
